How To Make Beans Potato Recipe :

  1. Take a kadai or pan, and heat 2 tbsp oil in it.
  2. Now add cumin seeds, and after a while add 1 onion finely chopped. And cook the onion well for 2 to 3 minutes.
  3. Now add 2 – 3 finely chopped green chilies and 1 ginger garlic paste. And fry for a while.
  4. Now add 1 potato chopped and 250 grams beans, and mix it well and fry for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Now add all the spices (half teaspoon turmeric powder, half teaspoon red chili powder, 1 teaspoon coriander powder, half teaspoon garam masala, half teaspoon mango powder and salt as per taste) and mix it well and fry on low flame for 2 to 3 minutes. . So that the issues do not burn.
  6. Now add 2 finely chopped tomatoes and mix it well and cook it covered for 2-3 minutes on low flame.
  7. Now remove the lid and mix once again and now add water, add water according to you, as much as you want gravy. Add water accordingly.
  8. Now cover it and cook for 5-6 minutes.
  9. Now remove the lid and check once the potatoes are not cooked, if cooked, then add finely chopped green coriander. and mix well.
  10. Now your vegetable is ready. Now you can eat it with rice or roti for dinner or lunch.
