  1. To make Pav Bhaji, first take a pan or pressure cooker. and heat it.
  2. Now put 1 tbsp butter in it and after it becomes hot, add 3 finely chopped tomatoes and 1/4 tbsp peas, half chopped capsicum, 2 boiled and mashed potatoes and 1 tsp salt and mix it well for 2 minutes. cook for.
  3. Now add half a cup of water and mix well. And cover it for 10 minutes.
  4. Now remove the lid and mash it a little to get a smooth texture.
  5. Now add 1 tsp chilli powder, tsp turmeric powder, 1 tsp pav bhaji masala, 1 tsp kasoori methi and 2 tbsp finely chopped coriander leaves, and cook for 1 minute.
  6. Now stick this spice on the side, add 1 tbsp butter. Now add tsp chilli powder, tsp pavbhaji masala, 1 tsp kasoori methi, 1 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1 finely chopped onion, 1 tbsp green coriander finely chopped, 1 tsp lemon juice and fry for 1 minute.
  7. Now add half a cup of water. And mix everything well. And let it cook for 5 minutes. And mash it a little too.

For Pav:

  1. Take a pan, put tsp butter in it. and heat up.
  2. Now add a pinch of chilli powder, 1 pinch of pav bhaji masala, 1 tsp green coriander finely chopped and cook it on low flame.
  3. Now take the pav and cut it from the center and spread it and bake it from both the sides.
  4. Now Pav Bhaji is ready to serve.
