  • 3 cups gram flour/gram flour
  • 1/2 cup rice flour
  • 600 grams onion
  • 4-5 chilies, finely chopped
  • 2 tsp ginger paste
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp cumin powder
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric
  • 1/2 tsp ajwain
  • 1.5 tsp salt
  • 3 tbsp coriander leaves, finely chopped

  1. First, peel the onion and cut it into thin slices.
  2. Now Take a big bowl and add 3 cups gram flour/gram flour, 1/2 cup rice flour, 4-5 chilies, finely chopped, 2 tsp ginger paste, 1 tsp chili powder, 1/2 tsp Add cumin powder, 1/2 tsp turmeric, 1/2 tsp ajwain, and 1.5 tsp salt.
