Ingredient For Making Suji Ka Halwa

  • 1 cup ghee
  • 1 cup rava / semolina
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tbsp almonds
  • 1 tbsp raisins
  • 1 tbsp cashews
  • 1.5 cup water
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • ¼ tsp cardamom powder

How to make Suji Ka Halwa Recipe

  1. First Take a pan, add ghee, and heat it.
  2. Now add 1 tbsp almonds, 1 tbsp cashew nuts, and 1 tbsp raisins and roast it on a low flame. After roasting Take it out and keep it aside.
  3. Now put 1 cup semolina/suji in it and roast it on low flame till it becomes fragrant and golden.
  4. Now add milk and water to it and after that add roasted dry fruits and mix well.
  5. And keep stirring till all the milk gets absorbed in the semolina/Suji or it becomes thick.
  6. Now add sugar and mix well till it dissolves.
  7. Now add cardamom powder to it and mix well.
  8. Finally, your semolina pudding recipe is ready, serve it hot.
