Dhaba Style Paneer: Everyone loves to eat Dhaba food. The taste of this Spicy Paneer Curry is very tasty, seeing which water comes in the mouth and many of us like to eat Dhaba food very much.

But every time we can’t go to dhaba, that’s why I thought why not show you how to make this paneer recipe which is as tasty as dhaba. So that you can make delicious paneer like dhaba in your kitchen at home.

Ingredients of Dhaba Style Paneer recipe

For Dhaba Masala:

  • 1.5 tsp coriander seeds
  • 2 cloves
  • 1/3 tsp fennel
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • 1/3 inch cinnamon
  • 3/4 tsp cumin
  • 2 pods cardamom

For Marination:

  • 200 grams paneer
  • 1 tbsp ghee
  • 1/3 tsp chili powder
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ small turmeric
  • 1 tsp ginger and garlic paste
  • ¼ tsp garam masala

For the curry:

  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 2 tbsp ghee
  • 2 cloves
  • 1/2 inch cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • ¼ tsp garam masala
  • ¼ tsp turmeric
  • 2 pods cardamom
  • 1 onion (finely chopped)
  • 2 tomatoes (finely chopped)
  • Salt as per taste
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1/3 cup curd
  • 3/4 tsp chili powder
  • ½ cup water
  • 2 big shining coriander leaves (finely chopped)

How to make Dhaba Style Paneer Recipe

How to make Dhaba Paneer Masala

  1. Heat a pan, add 1.5 tsp coriander seeds, 2 cloves, 1/3 tsp fennel, ¼ tsp black pepper, 1/3 inch cinnamon, 3/4 tsp cumin and 2 pods cardamom on a low flame. Fry it.
  2. When it cools down, put it in the mixer and make powder. And keep it aside.

Paneer marination and frying method:

  1. Take 200 grams paneer and cut it into small pieces.
  2. Now take shredded paneer in a bowl, and add 1/3 tsp chili powder, ¼ tsp salt, ¼ tsp turmeric, 1 tsp ginger and garlic paste and ¼ tsp garam masala and mix well. And keep it like this for half an hour.
  3. Now take a pan and put 1 tbsp ghee in it and heat it on low flame.
  4. Now put all the spiced paneer in the pan and fry it well from all sides. (about 2 to 3 minutes) and take it out and keep it aside.

Dhaba Style Paneer Recipe

  1. Take a large pan, and heat 1 tbsp oil and 2 tbsp ghee in it.
  2. Add 1/2 inch cinnamon, 2 pods cardamom, 1 bay leaf, 1 tsp cumin and 2 cloves and fry lightly.
  3. Now add 1/2 tsp ginger and garlic paste and finely chopped onion, fry till onion becomes soft.
  4. Now reduce the flame, now add prepared Dhaba Paneer Masala, 1/4 tsp turmeric, 3/4 tsp red chili powder and salt as per taste, and cook it on low flame till it becomes soft.
  5. Now add finely chopped tomatoes, and cook on low heat till it becomes soft.
  6. Now add 1/3 cup curd to it, mix well and cook for a while.
  7. When oil starts separating, add water as required and mix well.
  8. Now add fried paneer to it, and mix well. And cover it and cook for 5 to 8 minutes.
  9. Now add 1/4 tsp garam masala and 2 tbsp finely chopped coriander leaves, and mix well.
  10. Finally, your favorite Dhaba Style Paneer recipe is ready, you can serve it with roti, naan and rice.
