Nankhatai Recipe: This is an Indian sweet which is a parkar’s biscuit. Which is made without eggs. This is a famous Indian dessert snack recipe specially prepared during the festival of Diwali. Which is eaten with tea. You can also make it very easily at home.

Ingredients for Nankhatai Recipe:

  • 1/2 cup ghee
  • 80 grams of powdered sugar
  • 1 cup flour
  • 90-gram gram flour
  • 2 tbsp rava / semolina fine
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp cardamom powder
  • pinch of salt
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 2 cups salt or sand

Method to make Nankhatai Recipe:

  1. Take a bowl, add half a cup of ghee, and powdered sugar, and mix well till it becomes creamy.
  2. Now add 1 cup all-purpose flour, gram flour, 2 tbsp semolina, baking powder, cardamom powder, and salt and mix it well.
  3. Now add milk to it and make dough according to your taste.
  4. Now take a cooker, put one and a half cups of salt or sand in it, and now place a small bowl and a plate on it. Remove the whistle and rubber of the cooker cover it and heat it for 10 minutes.
  5. Now make a small flat ball from the dough. Put all the balls on the plate kept in the cooker and put dry fruits on top of each ball.
  6. And cook until hot for 15 minutes.
  7. Your Nankhatai recipe is ready. Now you can serve.
