 Ingredients for Basundi Recipe

  • 2 liters milk (full cream)
  • 2 tbsp cashews finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 tbsp almonds finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp pistachios finely chopped
  • 1/4 tsp saffron
  • 1/4 tsp cardamom powder

 Method to make Basundi recipe:

  1. Take a pan or pan, add 2 liters of milk, and boil it. Now add two tbsp almonds, two tbsp cashews, and two tbsp pistachios, mix well and boil on a low flame. Keep stirring continuously till the cream comes. Be careful not to burn the milk.
  2. Now add half a cup of sugar, and saffron and mix well. and boil for 5 minutes. When the milk becomes thick, add cardamom powder and mix it well
  3. Now your Basundi recipe is ready, you can serve it.
